Aden Fushianes supports Project Management and Business Development for FUSHCO, LLC, helping move ideas from planning into action across the FUSHCO family of brands. His role connects organization, execution, communication, operations support, and growth strategy across Brick Sip Haus, Brick & Bean Coffee, and Brick Productions.

Aden holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, giving him a strong foundation in leadership, organizational planning, project coordination, and practical business operations. He brings that background into FUSHCO’s fast-moving hospitality and entertainment environment, where ideas need both creativity and structure to become successful guest experiences.

At FUSHCO, Aden helps with the many behind-the-scenes details that allow hospitality, events, coffee, and entertainment to run smoothly. His work supports project coordination, operational follow-through, business development efforts, event preparation, and team communication. In a company built around multiple brands and many moving parts, Aden helps keep projects organized, focused, and moving toward completion.
