America Fushianes is the co-owner of FUSHCO, LLC and serves as Managing Partner for Brick & Bean Coffee. Her background brings together healthcare leadership, patient-centered service, operations, team development, and a deep commitment to creating welcoming community spaces.

Before helping lead the FUSHCO family of brands, America built a career in healthcare as a Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical background shaped a leadership style grounded in compassion, organization, accountability, and attention to the small details that make people feel cared for. In healthcare, every interaction matters, and that same philosophy now guides her work in hospitality.

At FUSHCO, America plays a central role in the development and daily direction of Brick & Bean Coffee. She helps shape the coffee shop’s culture, guest experience, team standards, and operational flow. Her focus is on building a space that feels polished but approachable, professional but warm, and rooted in the rhythm of everyday community life. From early morning coffee runs to conversations across the counter, America sees Brick & Bean as more than a coffee shop. It is a gathering place.

Her leadership combines practical business sense with a natural eye for hospitality. She is involved in team development, customer experience, brand growth, product direction, and the systems that help Brick & Bean operate with consistency and care. Her healthcare experience gives her a strong foundation in communication, calm decision-making, and service under pressure, while her work with FUSHCO allows her to channel those strengths into a growing hospitality brand.

Alongside Jerry Fushianes, America helps guide the larger FUSHCO vision, connecting Brick & Bean Coffee, Brick Sip Haus, and Brick Productions under one shared purpose: creating places where people feel welcome, connected, and part of something local.
