Her role is centered on creating a coffee shop experience that is welcoming, consistent, efficient, and rooted in genuine hospitality.

At Brick & Bean Coffee, Hailey helps oversee the rhythm of daily service, from opening routines and team communication to product quality, customer care, and the small operational details that shape each guest visit. In a coffee shop, success is built one interaction at a time: the morning regular, the first-time guest, the perfectly timed latte, the pastry recommendation, the smile across the counter. Hailey helps make those moments feel natural, polished, and dependable.

Hailey brings a hands-on and people-focused leadership style to the Brick & Bean team. She supports staff development, service consistency, operational organization, and the day-to-day flow that allows the coffee shop to serve guests well.
