Co-Owner | FUSHCO, LLC
Managing Partner | Brick Sip Haus & Brick Productions
Gerald “Jerry” Fushianes is the co-owner of FUSHCO, LLC and serves as Managing Partner for Brick Sip Haus and Brick Productions. His background brings together healthcare leadership, military-connected program development, theatre production, community arts, hospitality, and business growth.
Before helping lead the FUSHCO family of brands, Jerry built a career rooted in service, systems, and people. As a Physician Assistant, he developed a leadership style shaped by healthcare, operational discipline, and the ability to make thoughtful decisions in high-pressure environments. He also served as Program Manager for the Post-Deployment Health Reassessment program through Logistics Health, Inc., supporting an important Department of Defense initiative focused on the health and well-being of returning service members.
Alongside his healthcare and business experience, Jerry has long been involved in theatre and live production. His work in theatre production helped shape his appreciation for storytelling, staging, audience experience, and the many moving parts required to bring a live event to life. He also served as President of Area Community Theatre in Tomah, where he helped support local performance, community involvement, and opportunities for artists, volunteers, and audiences to connect through the performing arts.
That blend of healthcare leadership, production experience, and community arts involvement now informs his work with FUSHCO. Through Brick Sip Haus, Brick & Bean Coffee, and Brick Productions, Jerry helps guide a vision centered on hospitality, creativity, and community connection. His focus includes business development, brand growth, event programming, entertainment planning, guest experience, and building spaces where people feel welcomed, supported, and inspired.
At Brick Sip Haus, Jerry helps shape the guest experience and long-term growth of the brand. Through Brick Productions, he works to expand opportunities for live music, comedy, theatre, film events, and creative programming. His theatre background gives him a producer’s eye for detail, while his healthcare and program management experience bring structure, accountability, and a people-first approach to the work.
For Jerry, FUSHCO is more than a business. It is a platform for bringing people together through coffee, cocktails, live entertainment, community events, and shared experiences. His goal is to help build something lasting for Tomah and the surrounding area: a place where hospitality and the arts sit at the same table, the lights are warm, and the community always has a seat.
