Gerald “Jerry” Fushianes is a dynamic entrepreneur, healthcare professional, and community leader whose career reflects a lifelong commitment to service, innovation, and leadership. As Co-Owner of FUSHCO, LLC and Managing Partner of Brick Sip Haus, Brick & Bean, and Brick Productions, Jerry brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, military service, and business vision to everything he builds.
Before entering the hospitality and entertainment space, Jerry established a distinguished career in medicine as a Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) and board-certified Physician Assistant. He has served in emergency medicine across multiple healthcare systems in Wisconsin, including Tomah Health and regional hospitals, where he developed deep expertise in patient care, integrative medicine, and high-pressure clinical environments.
Jerry’s foundation in service extends beyond medicine. His journey brought him to Tomah, Wisconsin during his deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom—an experience that ultimately rooted his family in the community he now serves both professionally and entrepreneurially.
Throughout his medical career, Jerry has been recognized for excellence and leadership, earning honors such as the Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and national public education awards. His work has also contributed to published medical research and national presentations, reinforcing his role as both practitioner and educator.
Today, Jerry channels that same discipline and passion into building experiential brands. At Brick Sip Haus and its sister concepts, he leads business development, brand growth, and entertainment programming—creating spaces where hospitality, creativity, and community intersect. Known for his strategic mindset and engaging personality, Jerry has helped transform these venues into vibrant destinations for live events, coffee culture, and social connection.
At his core, Jerry is driven by a simple philosophy: create spaces that restore, inspire, and bring people together. Whether in a hospital, on a stage, or inside the walls of the Brick, his mission remains the same—serve people well and build something that lasts.
